Hi! I’m Megan.

I’m an artist, writer and mother who works to bring beauty into her communities - in person and online. My background is in journalism and social justice and peace work. I’ve worked as a nonprofit Public Relations and Communications professional for over a decade. I’ve also been in the fashion and beauty world for just as long, from writing about ethical fashion for a magazine, to working the shop floor as a Beauty Advisor.

I believe in telling stories that matter, and I know firsthand that everyone has one. I have a knack for finding what they are, and getting people to read, watch or listen to them- whether they’re a high-performing Facebook post, a successful Opinion piece, or a PR campaign that reaches 1.6 million Canadians.

On these pages, I chose to embrace ALL of me- my whole story, every crazy, twisty turn of it. I wear lots of hats - journalist, beauty educator, PR professional, florist, mom - and you will find pieces of all of them here!
